Associate Director of Chapter Operations and Advising

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

Position Summary

The Associate Director of Chapter Operations and Advising supports chapter operations with a specific focus on the recruitment and training of chapter advisors. The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of Chapter Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train advisors for Delta Sigma Phi’s undergraduate chapters.
  • Support education and training related to chapter advising, specifically taking a leading role in the delivery of the Cycyota Volunteer Institute.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on Delta Sigma Phi volunteer and industry trends.
  • Provide responsive chapter support to ensure chapters receive timely responses to inquiries.

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of higher education and fraternity operations.
  • Experience recruiting for volunteer, membership, or professional organizations.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and volunteers.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience facilitating educational programs and delivering individual coaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and digital communication.
  • Ability to use relevant productivity tools and technology, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • 3+ years of experience preferred.
