At the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation, every gift, no matter the size, plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission of Building Better Men. Your generosity supports the Fraternity, its programs, and our members.
Gifts made to our general fund are unrestricted donations that fuel the educational programs that make Delta Sigma Phi unique, as well as support annual operating expenses to help build the Foundation and fulfill Delta Sig’s mission. This fund provides the vital resources our staff needs to operate and continually enhance the Fraternity’s educational and leadership initiatives.
Consider making a gift today to help us continue Building Better Men. There are multiple ways to give—choose the one that’s most meaningful and convenient for you!

Recurring donations are an easy way to support Delta Sigma Phi and become part of the Insula Society, our monthly giving program. By automating your contributions—whether monthly, quarterly, or annually—you provide steady, reliable funding that helps the Foundation fuel vital educational and leadership programs.
With a commitment of just $10 or more each month, you’ll be automatically included in the Insula Society, joining a group of dedicated alumni, undergraduates, and friends who are committed to Building Better Men.
A Will Bequest is one of the simplest ways to make a lasting impact, whether through your will or trust. By designating the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation, you help secure the future of our mission.
Through our partnership with FreeWill, you can create your estate plan and plan your gift online at no cost. This resource helps you include language in your will or trust for a gift to family, friends, or the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation.
If you prefer to work directly with an attorney, you can document your wishes first with FreeWill to save on legal costs. For sample bequest language, click here, or reach out to us anytime at foundation@deltasig.org with questions. Already included us in your plans? Let us know by filling out this form to join our Society of Benefactors.
Please be advised that our correct legal name for bequests is:
“Delta Sigma Phi Foundation (Federal Tax ID # 84-6035598), a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Colorado and located in Indianapolis, Indiana.”
Endowment funds create a lasting legacy that supports the future success of Delta Sigma Phi’s educational and leadership initiatives. These donor-directed funds are dedicated to academic scholarships or leadership development programs, ensuring that our brothers receive the resources they need to thrive.
An endowment gift to Delta Sigma Phi is a commitment that grows over time, as only the earnings are used to support educational and leadership initiatives, while the principal remains intact. This ensures that your generosity provides enduring support, creating a legacy that empowers Delta Sigma Phi members far into the future.
Our National Leadership Fund, for example, fuels grants for educational programs, such as LEAD Weekend, Leadership Institute, and Convention, empowering Delta Sigma Phi brothers to build essential skills for their futures.
If you are required to withdraw from your IRA, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA, reducing your tax burden while making a meaningful impact. The counts towards your RMD and you do not pay taxes on the QCD to Delta Sigma Phi Foundation.
If you have a Donor-Advised Fund, consider making a gift to the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation. DAFs offer an immediate tax benefit and allow you to support charities over time. Ideal for individuals or families who wish to create a culture of philanthropy or who give multiple times a year.
Many employers will match your donation to the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation, potentially doubling or even tripling your impact! Ask your company’s HR department if they offer a matching gift program.
