The Pearl of Great Price Award, celebrates a chapter that has overcome significant hardship or created positive cultural change. While this chapter might not yet be considered a top chapter of Delta Sigma Phi, its members have worked through challenges to position themselves for future greatness. You might consider this award the “Comeback Chapter of the Year” award.
