Include in your report:
What happened, with as much detail as possible
When the situation/incident happened
Where the situation/incident occurred
Who was involved
Any photos, videos, or additional information you believe is important to share
Choose from two contact methods:
Use one of the following methods to report an incident or situation—from concerns related to new member processes and alcohol/substance use, to bullying, discrimination, or any other safety or policy violation concern.
Contact HQ staff by emailing healthandsafety@deltasig.org and one of our team members will respond during business hours.
Report anonymously through RealResponse; your name and phone number are not revealed in any way during your communication with our staff.
