The Career Accelerator directly supports career readiness by offering undergraduates and young alumni a premier professional development experience, with keynotes from accomplished alumni and volunteers.
The Career Accelerator is a three-day immersive professional development experience tailored for undergraduates and young alumni. Designed to prepare participants for successful careers, this program combines hands-on workshops, expert-led sessions, and ample networking opportunities to equip attendees with essential skills and connections to thrive in the workforce.
Attendees gain critical insights into various industries, hone their technical skills, and build strong professional networks throughout the program. From deep-dive sessions on interview tactics, to industry-leading alumni sharing their experiences, this program equips members with the knowledge and connections they need to successfully launch and grow their careers.

Participants: Undergraduate members & alumni who graduated within the last three years
Cost: Free (the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation generously covers all expenses, including registration, flights, hotel accommodations, and meals)
