As Delta Sigma Phi continues to scale its National Housing Corporation to meet the evolving needs of our undergraduate chapters, we are proud to announce the addition of two experienced professionals who will serve as foundational leaders in this exciting new chapter: Amy Poklinkoski as director of national housing and Tabatha Reid as accounting manager. Together, they bring a combined depth of experience in property management, accounting, and organizational leadership that will shape the strategic direction and day-to-day excellence of Delta Sigma Phi’s national housing efforts.
The Housing Corporation is thrilled to welcome Amy Poklinkoski as its first-ever director of national housing. A member of Alpha Omicron Pi, Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Colorado – Boulder, a Secondary Education degree, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in corporate training and development.
After starting her career in education, Amy transitioned into Greek housing through AOII’s properties department, eventually moving to Tennessee, where she still resides with her husband and daughter. Nearly 15 years later, she has developed extensive experience in the field, most recently serving as the Director of Housing for Alpha Delta Pi.
Amy’s addition marks a milestone in the formal launch of Delta Sigma Phi’s national housing platform. Beginning in the 2025–2026 academic year, the Housing Corporation will oversee the operational management of two undergraduate chapter facilities, with plans for growth in subsequent years. Amy will lead the development of vendor partnerships, chapter communications systems, purchasing support, budget planning, staffing structures, stakeholder education, and financial oversight to ensure consistent and high-quality facility operations that enhance the overall member experience.
Also joining the Housing Corporation is Tabatha Reid, Delta Sigma Phi’s new accounting manager. In this dual-role capacity, Tabatha will oversee accounting functions for both the Fraternity and the Housing Corporation. With a strong background in property management and accounting, she brings the operational expertise and strategic foresight necessary to establish long-term, scalable financial processes that align with the Fraternity’s ambitious growth plans.
Tabatha recently completed her undergraduate degree in Accounting while working full-time in property management, demonstrating both her drive and practical experience in the field. She is on track to begin her master’s degree this year and is working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) within the next two to three years.
Her role will be instrumental in building the financial foundation for the Housing Corporation, developing robust procedures for budgeting, reporting, compliance, and vendor payment systems. Her work will ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability as Delta Sigma Phi expands its housing services nationwide. As the Housing Corporation evolves from concept to reality, Tabatha’s leadership in financial management will be key to delivering a high standard of service and accountability.
