The Delta Sigma Phi Foundation is pleased to welcome Patrick Hall, Georgia College & State University '12, as Regional Director of Development.
In this role, Patrick will oversee regional philanthropic growth, major donor engagement, and strategic fundraising initiatives that advance the Foundation's mission and expand opportunities for Delta Sigma Phi members nationwide. He will work closely with alumni, volunteers, and friends of the Fraternity to secure the resources that support leadership development, educational programming, and member success.
Patrick returns to Delta Sigma Phi with more than a decade of experience spanning fundraising, nonprofit leadership, business development, and member engagement. He previously served on the Fraternity staff as Director of Chapter Support and has remained actively involved as a volunteer facilitator for many of Delta Sigma Phi's premier programs.
"Patrick brings an exceptional combination of Delta Sigma Phi experience, fundraising expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for our mission," said Executive Director Phil Rodriguez, Illinois State ‘03. "He understands the impact our Fraternity can have on a young man's life because he has experienced it firsthand. His ability to build relationships and connect alumni to that impact will be instrumental as we continue to grow the Foundation's reach and support the next era of Delta Sigma Phi."
Since departing National Headquarters in 2018, Patrick has built an accomplished career serving member-based organizations and nonprofit institutions. He worked as a major gift officer supporting the partnership between Kiwanis International and UNICEF, helping raise funds to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus worldwide. During the pandemic, he transitioned into the private sector, where he led business development efforts and later managed a regional sales team responsible for expanding organizational growth across nine Midwestern states.
Most recently, Patrick served as Annual Giving & Membership Manager for Tyler Arboretum in Media, Pennsylvania, where he helped drive record-setting annual fund revenue and membership growth while supporting long-term strategic planning and future campaign development.
Throughout these professional experiences, Patrick remained connected to Delta Sigma Phi through volunteer service. Most recently, he facilitated the inaugural Civic Engagement Institute in Washington, D.C., helping undergraduate members develop the skills and perspective necessary for engaged citizenship and leadership.
"Like many of our members, I can draw a direct line from my Delta Sig experience to some of the best parts of my life," Patrick said. "The Fraternity introduced me to lifelong friends, helped shape a career I'm passionate about, and provided opportunities that continue to influence who I am today. Returning to Delta Sig and helping strengthen the Foundation's impact was an easy decision for me to make."
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Georgia College & State University and completed advanced credentials in the principles and techniques of fundraising through the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. He resides in Media, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Jen, and their son, Liam.
The Delta Sigma Phi Foundation is excited to welcome Patrick back to HQ and looks forward to the impact he will have in advancing our mission.
