Chapter Leadership and Advising Coordinator
Arianna (Ari) Nutile is the chapter leadership and advising coordinator for Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, where she supports undergraduate chapters and advisors through personalized coaching, officer development, and leadership education. Ari is passionate about building meaningful relationships and empowering students to grow as leaders, both within and beyond their fraternal experience.
Ari joined the Delta Sigma Phi staff in September 2025, bringing over five years of experience in fraternity and sorority advising across both campus-based and national organization roles. Her work is rooted in empathy, connection, and a student-centered philosophy, values shaped by her own undergraduate journey and the mentors who guided her along the way. With top strengths in Woo, Communication, Empathy, Maximizer, and Positivity, Ari brings energy and authenticity to her work every day.
A member of Delta Zeta, Ari earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a master’s degree in college student personnel from Western Illinois University. Based in the south suburbs of Chicago, she is a Midwest enthusiast and lifelong White Sox fan. Outside of work, Ari enjoys getting lost in a good book, sipping iced lattes at local coffee shops, and spending time with her cat named Bat.
