Executive Director
Epsilon Omega
2003
Illinois State
Phil Rodriguez serves as the executive director of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, leading our national organization with vision, purpose, and a deep commitment to our founding values. Under his leadership, Delta Sigma Phi continues to grow and evolve while remaining grounded in our mission to build better men.
A proud initiate of the Illinois State Chapter in 2003, Phil served as chapter president as an undergraduate and has remained a devoted brother ever since. From leading the Chicagoland Alumni Association to chairing national task forces, supporting our Foundation, and mentoring undergraduates across the country, Phil has always found ways to give back to the Fraternity that shaped his life.
His dedication to public service began early—growing up in Belleville, Illinois, Phil spent his childhood knocking on doors and handing out flyers for local campaigns. That passion for making a difference only grew stronger. After earning a master’s in public administration from DePaul University—while simultaneously working full-time on several major political campaigns—he went on to serve in key leadership roles in state government, building programs that supported nonprofits and strengthened community partnerships.
Today, as only the twelfth Executive Director in Delta Sigma Phi’s history, Phil is focused on growing our brotherhood, strengthening our chapters, and ensuring Delta Sig remains a home for men who believe in Culture, Harmony, and Friendship.
Ask anyone who’s worked with Phil, and they’ll tell you—he believes deeply in what Delta Sig can do. He believes in the lifelong impact of our brotherhood and in the power each of us has to make a difference through it.
