Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Accountability supports members in areas related to Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity’s Code of Conduct and Policies. The Associate Director reports to the Director of Accountability and is responsible for achieving team goals related to member safety and chapter culture.
Responsibilities
- Ensure undergraduate members and chapter officers demonstrate understanding of Delta Sigma Phi’s Code of Conduct and Policies.
- Support educational programs related to member health and safety. Program content includes, but is not limited to, alcohol and drugs, bystander intervention, hazing, healthy relationships, mental health, and sexual misconduct.
- Manage Chapter Accountability plans to support chapter culture improvements related to conduct, health and safety.
- Manage chapter standards board implementation.
- Support chapter special event planning and participation.
- Support membership review investigations and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of higher education and fraternity conduct policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of risk mitigation training and practices in the areas of alcohol/drug misuse, sexual misconduct, and hazing. As well as experience facilitating workshops related to such topics.
- Experience supporting student conduct investigations and familiarity with laws and legal procedures associated with related areas.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and digital communication.
- Ability to use relevant productivity tools and technology, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Master’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience preferred.
