Membership Growth Coordinator
Anticipated Starting Date: July 1, 2025 start dates available.
Location: This position is regionally based. Coordinators will be assigned to one of the following locations: Phoenix, AZ, Austin, TX, Champaign, IL, Indianapolis, IN, or Birmingham, AL. Consideration will be given to locations near the mentioned metro areas.

Position Summary:
The Membership Growth Coordinator is responsible for increasing undergraduate membership for a specific portfolio of chapters (approximately 4-5 chapters). The Coordinator will educate and train undergraduate chapters to improve their ability to recruit and retain members and will also directly recruit students using in-person and virtual recruitment tactics. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop new chapters in partnership with higher education institutions. This position reports to the Director of Membership Growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and virtual recruitment support for undergraduate chapters with a goal of increasing membership.
- Recruit undergraduate students into Delta Sigma Phi through undergraduate chapters.
- Support the education and development of undergraduate leaders seeking to create organizational change within their chapter.
- Create recruitment resources and templates that can be used by undergraduate chapters to achieve recruitment goals.
- Foster excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including partnerships with alumni, volunteers, higher education institutions, and vendors.
- Provide regular reports regarding recruitment and other chapter progress.
- Support Delta Sigma Phi programs as assigned, including, but not limited to, Delta Sigma Phi Convention and National Day of Service.
Qualifications:
- Experience with fraternity membership recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and digital communication.
- Ability to manage relationships, navigate group dynamics, and build teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce or ChapterBuilder, to manage recruitment/sales.
- Ability to use relevant productivity tools and technology, including Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
