Position Summary
The Chapter Leadership and Advising Coordinator is responsible for supporting undergraduate chapters officers, committees, and advisors with strategic planning, leadership development, and special projects. Additionally, this position communicates regularly with campus partners at host institutions to coordinate chapter support services. This position reports to the Senior Director of Chapter Leadership and Advising.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of undergraduate chapters, including executive officers, advisors, and campus professionals.
- Coach chapter leaders and advisors through officer elections, onboarding, and strategic planning.
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings with key stakeholder groups to enhance chapter development and progress toward key goals.
- Deliver in-person and virtual workshops on the topics of team building, leadership, campus involvement, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Escalate specialized chapter support requests to growth, membership experience, business operations, or health and safety teams as appropriate.
- Coordinate chapter participation in fraternity and campus-based programs.
- Support undergraduate chapter advisors by encouraging the completion of training courses and delivering the advisor track for the Cycyota Volunteer Institute.
- Provide support for fraternity programs, including but not limited to the National Convention and Cycyota Volunteer Institute.
Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of fraternity, association, or franchise business models.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and digital communication.
- Experience working with students and volunteers in a higher education environment.
- Excellent problem solving, advising and coaching skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent facilitation skills to deliver training programs for undergraduate students.
- Ability to use relevant productivity tools and technology, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Approximately 50 days of travel with travel being 15% of the role
- 2+ years of professional experience preferred, but recent graduates are still encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred.
- Membership in Delta Sigma Phi preferred, but not required.
