Associate Director of Chapter Operations and Advising

Location: Remote or in-person (Indianapolis, IN), approximately 15-weeks of business travel required annually
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Chapter Operations and Advising supports chapter operations with a specific focus on the recruitment and training of chapter advisors. The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of Chapter Operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train advisors for Delta Sigma Phi’s undergraduate chapters.
- Support education and training related to chapter advising, specifically taking a leading role in the delivery of the Cycyota Volunteer Institute.
- Collect, analyze, and report on Delta Sigma Phi volunteer and industry trends.
- Provide responsive chapter support to ensure chapters receive timely responses to inquiries.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of higher education and fraternity operations.
- Experience recruiting for volunteer, membership, or professional organizations.
- Experience managing stakeholders and volunteers.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience facilitating educational programs and delivering individual coaching.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and digital communication.
- Ability to use relevant productivity tools and technology, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- 3+ years of experience preferred.
